Posted: 01.29.2003 We can't rewind, we've gone too far
For two people who have always been adamantly against reality shows, we've caught ourselves flipping back and forth between tonight's "American Idol" and "Bachelorette" 90-minute specials. Anyone have a good medication they can recommend?

Our new camera op (she's still in high school!) watches every episode and giggles loudly enough for the entire newsroom to hear her. She gets all upset and yells at whomever is doing the picking. If I never see another Bachelor(ette) it'll be too soon! OK, I'm done now. Just can't help it... I switch back and forth all night long! lol... Randy and Simon both said last night that "this" edition of AI would come down to voice rather than image. I'd really like to SEE that happen. I'll be disappointed if it doesn't. You don't have to have a flat stomach or great hair to be the best singer... IMHO. I like the Bacherlorette. I guess I'm just really interesed in seeing how the guys conduct themselves and who she will pick in the end. Ryan (except for the name) lol... is really sweet. Go with the reality TV stuff. Don't fight it.
