Posted: 11.23.2002 Thaaaat's right, 'cuz it's my birthday...
...my buh-buh-buh birthday! Well not techinically, but we're making today the alternate-birthday since my bitch-ass will be in the kitchen makin' Todd some pie most of my real birthday and I'm taking today off. (For those who've forgotten, you'll sit down to give thanks for me being born 30 years ago this Turkey Day.)
My presents from my mommy showed up today, so I got to open hers -- Todd's -- and the other ones that have arrived 'til now. The main prezzie from my mom was a brand spankin' new pair of OU shoes! She also got us OU stadium seat cushions, cool stone coasters, and an OU chip-clip magnet. After calling her with the "thank yoooooou!" squeals, I opened up these from Kymberlie (calendar) and Jen (two books). I'm talkin' 'bout bad, bad girls -- I love those things! And I still wasn't done, because Lynn and Michael sent me the Betty Crocker Cooky Book and Solonor sent me "Top Secret" on DVD! Then last but certainly not least, it was time for my prezzies from Todd. First, I about passed out when I opened up my very own Lomo camera! I have wanted one of these for-freakin'-ever, and can't wait to head to Disney next weekend to play with the neon lights at Downtown! But he wasn't done there. Oh no. The photos shown in my blog from now on? They will be taken with this. Oh yeah, that baby is so mine now! I can't freakin' believe it... Hell, at this rate, I'm almost ready to bring on 40...happy (almost) birthday to me!
