Posted: 10.21.2002 Let's go to the movies! Let's go see the stars!
Here's a cool link from my mom -- check out the greatest films during the year you were born. For 1972 they list Deliverance (squeal!), Cabaret, and The Godfather just to name a few.
My list also includes an all time fave, Rocky. Pale white, pre-fame Sylvester Stallone, hubba, hubba. :) ¤ ¤ credit: Cis | 10.21.02 at 03:58 PM | link--this ¤ ¤I love that site! I use it extensively in my Academy Do-Overs pages. ¤ ¤ credit: Solonor | 10.21.02 at 04:01 PM | link--this ¤ ¤1962 brought you the greatest musical ever, The Music Man. In 1972, my neighbor's mother took us to see The Godfather. What the hell was she thinking, we were 10?!? ¤ ¤ credit: michele | 10.21.02 at 06:54 PM | link--this ¤ ¤wow, on my list, there's Planet of the Apes and 2001: A Space Odyssey. and here we are in 2002, and we don't have no (big) freakin space stations... what a gyp! ¤ ¤ credit: mikey | 10.21.02 at 07:46 PM | link--this ¤ ¤Monty Python and the Holy Grail (1974) Awwww, yeah. Shrubbery!? ¤ ¤ credit: nastybastard | 10.21.02 at 11:10 PM | link--this ¤ ¤Besides Woodstock, 1970 didn't bring any listed movies that I would put in heavy rotation. Then again, Gamera Vs. Monster X was released that year too... ¤ ¤ credit: popcorn | 10.22.02 at 12:46 AM | link--this ¤ ¤My year included Star Wars... They don't rank very high on my list of favorites. ¤ ¤ credit: Sid | 10.22.02 at 03:15 AM | link--this ¤ ¤
