We're not laughing at you - we're laughing around you
It's nice to know that when I'm up at the ungodly hour of 4:48 a.m. craving linguine with marina sauce and Olive Garden breadsticks -- when I should mention I never even order linguine -- that I can finally share that tidbit with the world, knowing many of you are all chuckling along in solidarity. Why do I hear Nelson's "ha ha" though?

Hey boy take a look at me...let me dirty up your mind...

Way to go... now I want bread sticks! I have my choice of all sorts of yummy foods at this hour:
- Taco Bell
- Jack in the Box
- Subway (12min away)
- Popeyes Chicken (18min and only until 3am)

Yeah, I could go for a pizza, some teriyaki, even a plate of linguini... BUT NOoooOOoOO! This is the bad part of working the late shift :)

I had a nice comment all written and it seems to have disappeared into the ether... forgive me if it shows up :)

Just wanted to let you know that you aren't the only one that has cravings at this hour. It is the worst part of working late at night. I have all of 2 options if I want to drive less than 15-20min one way...
- Taco Bell
- Jack in the Box

I can only take so much!

Go get me some Popeyes mashed potatoes and gravy, please. Mmmmmk? Thanks. ;-)

It will get worse before it ges better. Or so I have been told.

Have you noticed an increase in traffic since the newspaper article?

I had about double the traffic on Monday, but that was the day I made the big announcement, too. And I took my blogiversary off yesterday and slept most of it -- but had my normal everyday stats -- so it was probably leftovers of both as well.

mmm, breadsticks. at least you are craving normal food.

This will disconcert you at this ungodly hour. :-)

Olive Garden breadsticks... making me crave those now. :) I agree... wait until you start craving stuff like my sister and some of my friends did when they were Prego. ;)

Awwww, cravings! :)

I feel for you, honest. I wish I could honestly say I've craved such things up until now. But mine have been more fast foods or stuff my Mom makes. And, a brief stint where junior made me want zoodles :P

because that laugh is universal! much like Homer's "d'oh!"

haaaaa-ha

Oh the good ole preggo days. I remember getting bizarre cravings for pancakes at 4pm and Taco Bell at 2am. And that neverending craving for chocolate cake is still lingering. Oh geesh now I am hungry.

Enjoy your cravings now, you can't justify them after the baby comes.

So what does it mean that I get cravings like that and I'm totally not preggers? Like breadsticks, now I'm craving breadsticks.

ooo....the cravings. All I wanted was KFC mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw--mixed. Craved it when preg with both my little men.

good luck and enjoy eating!!!!

Oh well, it's not so bad to crave something from Olive Garden when you have one of their restaurants in the city. The bad thing is having to drive 2 hours to get to one! ;)

That's SO funny :)))) But remember when it's 5 a.m in your country, it's daytime already at a lot of other country's. So don't be ashamed and eat everything you can get your hands on :)))

You know Robyn. I am so excited that you are having cravings. I am just so happy that you are finally getting some happiness that you deserve. Most importantly, I am happy that you are getting THE one thing you truly wanted.

Remember, cravings are good ;) for you!!

Thankfully I am not PG. Both TacoBell and McD's close at 10, Subway closes at 8 :(

I craved mashed potatos while I was pregnant. Prior to being pregnant, I HATED mashed potatos.
