What are the odds? Todd and I have been watching the NOLA cams off and on all evening, and we happened to capture this shot. We're...everywhere you want to be.

One year on Bourbon Street we saw this guy with an electronic ticker type thing over his chest. For whatever "offense" he saw, he'd hit a button and an appropriate scripture would scroll across his placard.
