Heads-up to Canon G2 and G3 owners: The author of the "Short Courses" books has free, printable pocket guides online to the Canon PowerShot G3 and Canon PowerShot G2. There are also several other manuals available -- so check here for the full-listing to see if your camera brand and model are covered. And the new "Short Course in Canon PowerShot G3 Photography" book/CD is out as well now. (You can find the G2 version here.)

Hey boy take a look at me...let me dirty up your mind...

Thanks!! I just ordered a G2 this morning - found one for $450 so it's my early b-day present. I am spending way to much on "snap shot" film. I found a lab who'll print matte finish digi prints so.... I'm going to convert :) I kept referring to your Christmas pics to talk myself into it. The quality is so damn nice!!

Short course? It's 15 pages long! *giggle* Thanks for the tip - I absolutely LOVE my camera and have been doing pretty well with most of the settings, but I can always use more tips & tricks!

Thats awesome...I love my G2 but I just don't think I am using it right. I don't get the pictures other people get out of it.

Sweet! It's been bookmarked and I'll be checking it out in more detail when I've got some free time later this weekend. :D
