XS - it's an energy drink. Goooooood. No sugar, no carbs, 8 calories. Can't get enough of the stuff. Does have caffeine though.

Did you know caffeine isn't so bad when it's not mixed with a bunch of sugar? Supposed to be an enhancer according to some friends that are familiar w/that stuff (one being a health nut/former med student).

I just need to get off the sugar kick. Too much - & it's in EVERYTHING.

Giving up caffeine and sugar? I'm sorry, does not compute.

Water. I'm serious. You'd be amazed at the difference you feel when you're fully hydrated, as most people don't drink nearly enough water. If it starts to get a little bland, you can squeeze in some lemon juice, or sometimes in the summer I slice up lemons and cucumbers (paper-thin) and put them in a water pitcher for a few hours. It's a very subtle, clean flavor.

This stuff rules.

I always liked Water Joe ... but then caffeine really doesn't affect me a whole lot.
