I play some bas-ket-ball
So did anyone catch our #9 Sooners as they defeated #3 UConn 73-63 on ESPN2 tonight? Connecticut was one of the last 3 unbeaten teams. Not anymore. This marks OU's 30th straight win at home.

A game of note -- the 2003 Bedlam series between OU and OSU kicks off next Monday night in Stillwater. It will be broadcast on ESPN at 9 p.m. EST on January 13th.

Hey boy take a look at me...let me dirty up your mind...

They looked pretty damn good for most of the night tonight. Price is simply amazing, 35 points.
What I want to know is why the whorns are ranked #7. They have beaten absolutely no one decent. Their biggest win is against Georgia, and Georgia is definitely a football school. Both OU and texas have lost to top 10 teams, but at least OU played, and beat, a top 25 team in Mich St. But, texas will get theirs. What will this season make it? About 412 consecutive Sooner wins against the whorns?

I'd love to have witnessed the contract signing between the texass AD, Satan and the media. It must've been a beaut.

Here's one I know you'll enjoy Cap'n (courtesy of Kevin) -- "UT's Coach Brown says Longhorns back on the map". Would that be the map of the area between the Holiday and Cotton Bowls?

I have to root for the Sooners in the match on Monday - OSU hired a criminal to coach basketball. Check it out at http://www.kernel.uky.edu/sportsdaily/hoops98/page02a.html which actually dresses up the infractions. Like you need more ammunition to root against OSU, huh Robyn?

My Huskies must have had an off night; they're usually able to blow away minor teams like OU. ;P

OU holds a 100% winning record over UCONN at 2-0, both at home at away. Next! ;-p
