Oh man, I LOVE those Rankin and Bass 'animated' specials (how geeky is that - I know Rankin and Bass anywhere).
These were actually a couple of my favorite songs from those specials.
So, yeah, I guess its a genuine thanks :)

Gee thanks! I didn't even have to click the link to get these songs stuck in my head. Just seeing the pictures was enough. I'm gonna be singing them all night.

I loved these specials when I was a kid, and I have to admit, they're some of the few things that still make me smile about this crazy season -- I guess it's time to go check the TV listings.

I call Jim "Heat Miser" and have since we first started dating...um, well it's because when he wakes up in the morning, his hair looks like Heat Miser's. Shit, now I'm going to have to tell the story about how I knew what his hair looked like in the morning when we first started dating... damn.
