And whatcha mean cold? 44 degress F? It's currently between 37 F here in Leicester, UK (that's 3 degrees for European readers: 0 is freezing point remember...). Hotest predicted day this week is currently Wednesday at a _maximum_ of 44F... *brr*

Well, MY cat would go out in -30 degree weather, dig up the frozen ground and hunt down any hibernating critters, fend off bears, walk the 20 miles to school with me through 12 foot snowbanks, helped pull stuck cars out of ditches, with two broken back legs, while carrying three kittens on her back, clawless, uphill. Both ways.

very cute, indeed.

we moved back to CA from HI earlier this year, and took our native-hawaiian cat back with us... so she had no idea what weather colder than 55 degrees (F) was like. Poor dear, she didn't have a thick coat of fur on her in the cold April rains, and she was shivering with a little kitty cold to boot!

Now she's fluffier, has learned to love the fireplace, and is a super cuddly lap cat. Awwww...

(BTW, for the record, it was 47 here last night)
