Posted: 11.04.2002 It's beginning to look a lot like...
Whether you buy, rent or borrow -- holiday movie season is almost upon us. (Or if you're money hungry like Disney, it's already upon us.) So here's a site to bookmark for soon-to-be use: Our Clueless Holiday Movie List!
We've compiled three pages of titles over the years, but if you see one we've left out -- please say so in the comments. you can't forget this!!! ¤ ¤ credit: statia | 11.04.02 at 07:22 PM | link--this ¤ ¤I didn't -- it's on page 2 (slightly different cover), baby! Are you having trouble counting today? ;-) ¤ ¤ credit: robyn | 11.04.02 at 07:26 PM | link--this ¤ ¤Muppet Family Christmas is on DVD! Why wasn't I aware of this? Must. Buy. Now. ¤ ¤ credit: Solonor | 11.04.02 at 07:44 PM | link--this ¤ ¤Ooo, oooh.... since you seem to be the all-knowing Christmas movie-oracle.... I need some help! I had this movie on tape, kinda claymation-y, about Santa Claus' life. He was adopted by immortal elves and such, and made toys for children, yadeyada, something about the laughing valley of Ho-Ha-Ho, blablabla, and finally receives the blanket of immortality which turns him into the everlasting Santa Claus. What's this movie I'm talking about?? I accidentaly taped over it a few years back, and Christmas hasn't been the same since. ¤ ¤ credit: Katie | 11.04.02 at 07:56 PM | link--this ¤ ¤Katie, is this it, perhaps? ¤ ¤ credit: robyn | 11.04.02 at 08:07 PM | link--this ¤ ¤HURRAH! She found it, she found it! My boyfriend's going to hate you, just to let you know. I already watch Irving Berlin's White Christmas about 10 times in the week leading up to Christmas... now he'll have to deal with this, too. ¤ ¤ credit: katie | 11.04.02 at 09:14 PM | link--this ¤ ¤Your picture of Christmas Story looks different than the one I've got -- but, you'll still shoot your eye out. ¤ ¤ credit: Michael | 11.05.02 at 12:13 AM | link--this ¤ ¤Fra-gi-le...must be Italian. love that movie. hey Robyn, what about Reindeer games w/ Ben Affleck, Charlize Theron and Gary Sinise. not exactly a family show though. ¤ ¤ credit: Alteredboy | 11.05.02 at 12:39 AM | link--this ¤ ¤Oh please, please PLEASE tell me you didn't like that movie!!! ¤ ¤ credit: robyn | 11.05.02 at 12:41 AM | link--this ¤ ¤lol! it wasn't THAT bad was it? i'll admit it was a freaky show and have only seen it once, but i don't think i could watch it over and over like A Christmas Story. ¤ ¤ credit: Alteredboy | 11.05.02 at 12:50 AM | link--this ¤ ¤LOL, if Alteredboy wants you to include Reindeer Games, you better include Die Hard 1 and 2 :giggle: They've got Christmas music :D I remember looking through your movie list last year - its SO great, and I'm gonna have to plan to watch some of these over the holidays. I bought White Christmas last year because I kept missing it on TV :) ¤ ¤ credit: kristine | 11.05.02 at 10:40 AM | link--this ¤ ¤Yay!!! *A Muppet Christmas Carol* is FINALLY out on DVD! That is my second-favorite Christmas movie, but I have hesitated to buy it...I am trying not to buy any more VHS tapes. But now I can buy it...YAY!!! My favorite Christmas movie? *A Christmas Story*, of course! And it's the first one you have listed! Thanks for the list, Robyn! ¤ ¤ credit: Christine with an M. | 11.05.02 at 11:43 AM | link--this ¤ ¤
