Beach Bum
Ok, I have to ignore the fact that Anne Heche is the model...but I think these are just the cutest things! I wish someone *ahem* didn't burn so I could hit the beach more often in them!

Hey boy take a look at me...let me dirty up your mind...

But then you'd have a funny looking white mark on your foot!! - but yes, they are cute!

No, no...when you're as pale as I am, you want the tan-lines. It's the only way people will believe you that you have one! ;-p

Robyn, I think we've got pretty much the same complexion. And what do we do with it? You move to Florida and I spend every free moment running around outdoors. :)

I had little "shoes" like that when I was a kid. I bought them at a hippie music festival in Vancouver. They had little pink beads on them and I have often wished I could get a similar pair. So kudos to you on finding the link. Although I am a little afraid that if I wear them long enough "Celestia" might start beaming messages directly from the mother ship into my head.

I must say they are cute! Just can't see myself wearing them up here though, I may just freeze me toesies off. However, if I move to waqrmer climate, baby I am going to get me a few pairs! :)

I have a friend who used to just decorate her feet with things - paint, glitter, beads - just stick them on there, and people thought she was wearing shoes.

Little did I know when I married Todd, jamese, that I'd be giving up my right to go to the beach "just because" for the rest of my life. I am a former beach bunny. Even though I was born and raised in a landlocked state, I hit the beach more times in college than I have since I moved to Florida five years ago. I keep living with the dream that one day medical science will develop a sunproof bubble that I can lock my husband in while I squish my toes in the sand once again... I actually tan very dark (for me) with all of the American Indian blood I have. I just never get to prove it anymore. Sigh.
