Posted: 02.27.2002 Bacon! I smell Bacon!
Jo's new webring idea got us talking about our degrees of Kevin Bacon. I'm proud to say, I can get there in just three degrees. Our friend Melinda from college is Billy Zane's ("The Phantom", "Titanic") cousin. "Billy Zane has a Bacon number of 2. Billy Zane was in Back to the Future Part II (1989) with Elisabeth Shue. Elisabeth Shue was in Hollow Man (2000) with Kevin Bacon." So how close can you get?

I think it's probably due to the fact that he's been around so long. He didn't even give me grief when I told him he looked like that "tranya" kid on Star Trek (he was, by the way). -this ¤ ¤I met Kevin Bacon on the opening night performance of "Twelfth Night" on Broadway (he came to see Kyra Sedgwick; FYI he was there with Hank Azaria who came for Helen Hunt, who also starred).
