Angela, Todd has received very, VERY strong hints that I'm getting a magnolia tree for either anniversary or birthday soon... ;-) For now, I have to lust over the neighbors'! And hopefully we'll have green grass in our own lawn soon. We're having ChemLawn come out in a couple of weeks and spray everything dead so we can start over from scratch.

Oh, I'm jealous - I'm in awe of palm trees. When we visit CA, I'm always pointing and staring, and E's like "what's the big deal? its just a palm tree" :giggle: You live in such a beautiful place - thanks for sharing pics!!!

nice neighborhood! i think the idea of walking around the neigborhood, with the intent of taking pictures of the things you see everyday, is a good way of better seeing your own world, as well as great to share with people who live far away..

Robyn, you can HAVE my magnolia tree in my yard, they are so MESSY. Beautiful, but the mess is hardly worth it.
