It's for people who change their design frequently. There's 37 waiting for approval though, I'm guessing the owner got sick of looking after it. It's a good idea though :)

Oh, your "How could I not use it" remark applies to the naughty picture on top of mine. I searched for ages and when I saw that one I just knew it had a new home. It should have a caption on it "you screwed with me and now you're gonna die!"

Lisa, I can't get her to show up in Netscape either, but I figure that's just the penalty people should pay for still using it. ;-) However, I'm running IE 5.1 on my Mac and she shows up just fine...so I'm not sure about the trouble there...
