And they just thought I was through with 'em!
Well file this under "that didn't take long"... I'm now getting hits via Google for "Dell power problems". So as to do my civic duty and all, I'll help out with: Dell sucks, Dell bites, Dell blows, Dell Inspiron laptops suck, Dell Inspiron notebooks suck, Dell tech support sucks, Dell's customer service sucks, Dell batteries suck power, Dell batteries die and won't come back again, bad power supply, horrible power supplies, Dell doesn't necessarily equal good warranty, Dell cheats you with warranty, don't buy a Dell laptop, don't buy a Dell notebook, buy an iBook, get an Apple instead, and Dell can kiss my <bleep!>. I...should...go change.

Hey boy take a look at me...let me dirty up your mind...

LMFAO!

Dell Laptop: $1500

Calls to their stupid-ass tech support: $250/mo in therapy

Telling Dell to kiss your ass on the web and being indexed by google instantly: Priceless

Now, I'm starting to get nervous. I bought a Dell a couple of months ago, a laptop ... my first thought when I got it out of the box was, "I paid that much for something like this!?!" It looked like a toy one would buy at Toys R Us. But, I began to use it and it's only the other day that I saw the power cord fraying. My stomach lurched and up went the ad at Ebay. My last laptop was a Compaq and I disposed of it because of the power cord too. Crappers. If I weren't so against apple...

OMG, Robyn - that was so funny!!!! I should do that with Gateway... we had tons of trouble with our Gateway laptops at work. Of course, it didn't help that our crack IT staff bought refurbished ones....

I support dell. I use dell Inspiron 8200 w/ P4. I think it is great so far. BUt i have to admit i tripped out when i got the "Blue Screen Of Death" on first boot. I booted. Installed 'Ulead Media Studio Pro' Not sure what version but XP compatible im sure. I started to use video capture hooked via USB my camera. Pushed Record and "KAAAWAM!" There was the BSOD! I about shit. I was ready to ship this baby back. But fuck. It cant be all dell you know. Its surely a smidgeon of microsoft and a bigger smidgeon of Uleads problem/fault. I dont diss dell yet, but the score is 0-1. If this thing continues on the same path, we'll dispose of it properly in a public forum by smashing it. Anyhow, Im Mike and I run an independant production company called Kinetique Productions. We use a custom built self proclaimed supercomputer, go to the site for details and as for the dell we thought it was a good investment. We specialize in computerized production (with lots of hardware too!) of electronic music. We stuck to pc because of the practicality lol. I just didnt want to jump a few dollars higher to get a mac. I hope i dont regret this decision. Anyhow, in a few months, im getting an ibook to add to our equipment list. Check out our site. Peace.

As I waite for a man from india to answer the phone, I wonder what life is like with a Mac. I have waisted valuable time being on hold with dell. I know their answers before they even pick up, system restore or format hard drive. It is nice to know that I am smarter than some people.
