The meester stayed home sick today, and we've been watching NBC's coverage of the war since we got up. We've both joked back and forth since it all began that correspondent David Bloom is one hunka hunka desert love. But just after David filed his last report, Todd went to the kitchen to make breakfast. While doin' his bid-ness, I heard -- in song -- the tribute, "David Bloom. You are so dreeeeamy." I think it's time to be concerned now.
I don't know which you should be more concerned about: the musical tribute to David Bloom, or Todd "doin his bid-ness" in the kitchen.

Anyone remember Gulf War I and all the remarks about Arthur Kent being the "Scud Stud?" I'm surprised that a similar comment hasn't been made, yet, for Gulf War II.
Anderson Cooper is Gloria Vanderbilt's son. Isn't that interesting. I don't know why it fascinates me so - I guess because when I was small I would douse myself with her perfume and walk through my parents house like the STAH that I am. Heh.
