yeah, I caught that yesterday morning in my referrers. It's pretty cool. Jay said it likely matches you up with other sites based on the occurances of certain words in your blog -- so if you said "banana" five times, your recommended blogs would be so because they say "banana" in their blogs too...

still, a neat idea.
