A few of you may have seen this 'net-joke circling around a few weeks back. I first saw it at Jo's blog, of all places. I say "of all places" because she's down under -- and when I read the caption with the photo, it said it was taken in New Port Richey, Florida. Turns out this place was just five miles up the road from our new house! What are the odds?
Fast forward to today...I batted my eyelashes at Todd when the alarm went off this morning and convinced him to call in with the 8-hour flu... We did a lot of driving around this afternoon, and took the camera with us. Our journeys took us by -- well I'll just let you see the photos for yourselves!
Christine has talked about fonts a lot in her blog lately -- and this story is proof-positive that the right font is essential. Otherwise, you too might be a MEGAF|_|CK! Oh, and just for good measure -- we also signed up for membership cards before snapping the photos! We're now official card-carrying former MEGAF|_|CKs. (Although you'll notice on the card that they're changing their name. We didn't have the cajones to ask if the 'net-campaign was the reason why!)

LOL, that is just so funny! Way to go getting cards to have for a funny memory :giggle: I sure wonder how they didn't notice what it looked like BEFORE they made the sign!!!!!!
