Now that CNN says homes might be targeted in anthrax mailings, do you think the power company would buy it if I said I was too afraid to open my bill this month? It's not really a stretch, actually...







yikes!!!!! I hadn't seen this....this makes me so upset.

WHAT?! ACK! NO! Things are crazy enough. Now everyone and their dog are going to freak out over nothing. We actually had a post office closed down and quarantined today because of DUST on a counter. *sigh*

Now would be an excellent time to ban junk mail.

they're trying to... at least temporarily. Junk mail, magazines, etc. have dust added to them so the pieces don't stick together = problem. And there have been a lot of junk mailings that are sent in brown paper bags recently (just a pamphlet, reading material, etc inside). Unfortunately the senders were hoping it would be "inventive"... that was BEFORE the attacks. Now people are freaking out when they find them in their mailboxes.
